To find your greatest self is a lifelong task! I know that this sounds daunting and discouraging for you (and I, as your Life Coach should tell you otherwise), but I do not want to tell you just lies covered with lots of sugar, I want to be simply truthful to you, as my client.
And the truth about coaching is that: --YES! it will take time(maybe one session or maybe more)
-YES! it is a hard work to change anything in yourself!

To live the best quality of life one has to have some kind of idea, plan, or focus on where he or she wants to finally arrive. If that focus is missing one does not live a sophisticated life, but rather life full of messy mistakes. Don't get me wrong, living here and now with excitement of not knowing what is going to happened and following one's intuition it is also possible to call "The sophisticated living"; one does not have to plan everything (that will be unattainable task). What I meant by that, is to have a long term idea of what one wants to be, have, or what priorities will lead one towards his or hers goals. One can also argue that we ought to experience mistakes to learn from them, yes I strongly agree with that point of view; however, we can make those mistakes less painful with some leading and counseling. Is it out there some individual who never before experienced pain in their life? If one can make less of that uncomfortable feeling then why not here on The Sophisticated Living site? I am not saying that I know every answer to every problem, but with a big ear to listen and open heart with unconditional love to help we can maybe find some answers together. Moreover, usually every individual knows the answers to their own problems, but simply is not realizing this phenomenon; and here is my task to uncover this potential in YOU by leading you towards a better place then you were before.
